Q. Can I clean my upholstery as well as my carpets?

Ans. Yes the machines converts easily into an easy to use upholstery cleaner suitable for most upholstery.

Q. If I clean my carpets, how long will they take to dry?

Ans. Carpets should be dry between 4-12 hours, the time it takes varies, from carpet to carpet, and amount of solution applied to a particular area, but is usually about 6 hours.

Q. Do your carpet cleaners extract the dirty solution?

Ans. Yes the machines user a very powerful hot water extraction system pulling approx 80% of the applied solution back out of the carpet.

Q. I have wool carpets and I am unsure if I can use a deep cleaner on them?

Ans. We do not recommend using our machines on wool carpets; however it may be best to check with a carpet retailer, to find out if your carpet is suitable if you are at all unsure. Most carpets are suitable for deep cleaning, with only a small percentage not suitable.

Q. I live on Portland St, Southport do you deliver and collect for free at my home?

Ans. Yes you are inside our free delivery area which is between Tarleton and Birkdale, a small charge applies outside that area.

Q. Can I use my own cleaning fluid in the machine?

Ans. Yes if you wish, as long as it is suitable for all deep cleaning machines, however we supply a range of the best cleaning solutions on the market, at the same price of the high street retailer, we can supply these on delivery of your carpet cleaner.

Q .How quickly can you deliver a carpet cleaner after my order?

Ans. We can usually do a free delivery, as quickly as 2 hours from your order; however times may vary dependent on time of day etc.
